I used to love this as a kid! In hindsight he's actually a cheating douchebag though isn't he.

Oh Christ- loved this as a child but looking back it was dark.

It was fucking shite back in the day and likely will be fucking shite now. The only people I knew who liked it were this spoddy couple who wore matching jumpers and thought boring things (of which this programme was one) were hilarious.

It was a weird concept if you think about it.

Yes both wives changed. And Gary was stuck in the past at the end of the last series. Can't wait to see how they'll get him out of that one!

I've seen a few episodes recently and the modern scenes seem retro now - 1990s wallpaper, clothes and phones!

Is he though, technically?! I mean, when he's having his end away (sorry) with Phoebe, technically he's not cheating on anyone as Yvonne hasn't been born yet so doesn't exist to cheat on her in the first place!

I like this and do watch it every so often now. It'll be odd for portal to open though as he was only brought into past to save a future PM
