OK Shelly. I wish I could stick to a healthier diet. I'm sick of beating myself up about it all the time. Sick of not beating myself up about it. Sick of getting to a good place, starting my diet and then eating because something has upset me. Then cycle starts again.

I used to make a pudding out of ginger cake, poached pears and banoffee custard. Well, kind of banoffee, it was just runny custard with toffee sauce in it. Serve hot.

Nice to meet new people even if the programme's dying on it's backside. The people just aren't interesting enough, their interactions aren't interesting.

I have some small lolly sticks. Cut a large firmish banana in half, insert stick at the blunt end. Cover in melted chocolate and dip in nuts, freeze dried cranberry pieces, 100s and 1000s or whatever, freezer for about an hour. Enjoy.
