No idea what the Spanish are saying in OITNB season 4

But I'm on episode 8 or 9 and it's the episode with Biancas backstory so loads in Spanish. Why isn't there any subtitles? I've got no idea what they're saying.

Do you get subtitles? Is my Netflix shot? Am I meant to 'imagine' what they're saying?! I'm thinking its a real oversight on their part. Unless it's just my tv.

Bugger. Weird. I've had to google how to turn on subtitles o Netflix. So now I know what they're saying, but subtitles are there throughout the whole thing including English speaking parts. Grand
