Is anyone watching The Living and the Dead? Very creepy but beautifully filmed and the impish-looking Merlin has turned out very nicely. It has Catherine, Athos's intended, in it and the costumes are by Phoebe. TM connections everywhere. I don't normally like supernatural stuff, but we thought we'd give it a go and I'm hooked.

Hope TM enjoys his last day Mouse. They grow up so quickly.

TM came home with a ton of artwork and his scrapbook full of photos of what he's been up to. I need to drop off a bottle of wine for his teachers tomorrow.

Mr M and I are off out tomorrow and tbh I'm a little apprehensive. NI is a better place to be in than England but I'm still worried.

Mouse I think the media are making exaggerated claims about racism. Yes, there are some bigots around who think this gives them the right to express their views openly but I think they're few and far between. You are British and you should hold your head high. I'm sure you'll be fine.

I think it's hard to know how many more such incidents there are and how much the media had decided to increase the reporting of them, suspect both are occurring. Some of the media reports are almost gleeful in tone - so bent on the 'told you this would happen' line that they've forgotten how scary they must be to read if you're concerned you might be affected. Hopefully all will be fine mouse

I did shriek a couple of times Fancy, and I turned round to find DH unexpectedly in the kitchen this morning and screamed.

On the first watch I wasn't even aware that they were speaking, Fancy, such is the lure of the chestage. But I did remember when Connie Cock-block marched in, insisted that someone who didn't know her from adam tell her all her secrets, gave her a pitying look and fucked off having offered no help whatsoever. That's not a plot criticism btw, that's just Constance being a bossy self-important bitch.

Mouse the only reason I was cleaning that early is because even with my slovenly levels of housework, I can't bring myself to go to work leaving a squished and deceased mouse leaking poo all over the dining room floor. And the laptop bah waslying in the middle of the floor so I had to step over it all the time.
