So it's not Ryan Seacrest anymore? Oh, how I'll miss his annoying catchphrase "Seacrest.... Out!"

I love American Idol. I'm really annoyed Cat Deeley's involved this year. There's no need. Is she presenting it for America, or just interpreting it for us? And she does still have her accent. I don't know what it is, sounds like some sort of Midlands thing like Coventry or Nuneaton. This year, talent seems thin on the ground so far, although I like the girl who describes herself as a 'crackbaby.'

Cat is from Sutton Coldfield.

When is that on then? And I will miss Seacrest, he was so lovely bitchy to Cowell, lol.....

I think Mr Seaside (as dh calls him ) is still on, chatting to the auditionees. Cat seems to be doing little between audition bits to the camera.

Nope, don't need to panic about not knowing her. A singer/songwriter who sings angst-ridden songs while strumming her acoustic guiter. Had an interesting story of gworing up in Alaska, and living in her car while trying for her big break. She has been subject of much fantasising from men as she has enormous norks. Looked like she might have broken big 6-8 years ago, but never lived up to her critical acclaim or fulfilled her early potential. Was the subject of much ridicule a few years ago for a cringe-making book of poetry.

Now - why do I know all this? It's a long story I'll tell you if we ever do our walk....
