Why does 'H' from Steps look so awful? Is he ok? He looks about 50 and always so tired.

Just wondered if there was actually anything wrong with him or if all those years of smiling and winking at camera have taken their toll on him.

aaaaah!! He has always looked old for his years.

The new year has opened with an admission from former Steps star Ian Watkins, or H as he is otherwise known.

Watkins, from Rhondda in south Wales, has spoken about his affliction with a rare sleeping illness called Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome (DSPS).

It means the 26-year-old singer - who now performs as half of H and Claire - can only sleep for around four hours a night.

Describing the symptoms as "like having permanent jetlag", he said that sleeping pills were useless as they just hide the problem.

Instead, H - which stands for hyperactive - said he prefers to meditate once a day to stop the pressures of his celebrity life get to him.

"DSPS can get you down but I try to remain positive," he said.

"I always tell myself it's not as if I'm dying - I just can't nod off!"

That was in 2003 , I think he still has it.

What is his actual age? & doesn't Dirk look odd too? But then I guess he is an old man now.

Dirk is 61 and H is supposed to be 29. I wonder did Dirk have a facelift or something.

That's amazing, he definitely always looks knackered, and it turns out that it's because he IS always knackered!!!!

Poor soul, it's really aging him, but it doesn't help having thinning hair and dying it and brushing it into a fringe.

Dirk just looks like a man about 60, I don't have a problem with him, although people in the house don't seem to like him.

Sorry, this is about Shilpa. She got 5 nominations, didn't she? So I'm guessing that Jade, Jack, Jo, Danielle nominated her. Who was the fifth nomination by? And what was their reason?

Yes it is.

The fifth nom was Cleo. She nominated both Jade and Shilpa saying it was to get some peace.

Did feel a bit for Cleo when Shilpa was sitting during nominations with her head on Cleo's shoulder (after Cleo had nominated)

And also when Shilpa was saying she was going to be voted out, and gave Cleo a big hug.
