Afternoon, mes wenches. Apocalyptic rain, thunder and lightning last night, various local burglar alarms set off by the disturbance. Now various bits of bigcity are flooded and the transport is up the spout. So I have had to leave ridiculously early to get to where I need to be.

And the bus has just terminated short of it's destination, FFS.

Polling station was relatively busy this morning, I'll be interested to know what the turnout is like for the referendum. Took DD in with me on the way back from the doctors - trying to make sure she'll use her vote in the future nothing spurs me on to vote more than remembering how my grandmothers didn't have the right when they turned 18. Well, ok, I'm not completely high minded, sticking a metaphorical two-fingers up at Boris Fucking (ylt & nlt) Johnson & various other twats is quite an incentive too.
