Anyone watching? It's a tough watch but worth it, I think, for a non-sentimental look at the reality of cancer.

Yes, I've watched both. I am so glad the little boy with the brain tumour made it through his treatment. I thinks it's a very well done piece of television. Based on current statistics so many of us will experience cancer somehow, and I felt that the videos of people chatting while having chemo really helped demystify what's it's like.

The death of the mum in the first episode was so sad.

The kids looked distraught. Such a cruel disease. I know SO many people with it. The scary part is, we all have the potential for it. I worry about my children if it happens to me.

Awful that she was physically separated from them because of the risk of infection too.
