I am hoping this latest furore really will do something to stop this sort of tv.I do watch it but more and more I am disillusioned with the message of instant wealth and status wothout talent or work.Is it any wonder young people are desperate for material things on such a ridiculous scale when they are seeing contestants on singing shows dressed in designer clothes and living in luxury pads before they have even sold a record?And as for big brother making 'stars' out of people who can barely string a sentence together!Young people are watching this and thinking it could be them with no thought for what it really means
