Not sure I can watch next weeks I felt so so sad for the young boys in tonight's! Just can't stop thinking about how scared they must have been

The daughter managed to dodge every question that piers asked her.

ssd, a young 16 yr old girl named Erin Caffey persuaded her boyfriend and his mate to murder her family. All died except her father. It was terribly sad.

The daughter organised for her friends and boyfriend to murder her parents and two younger brothers. Her father survived the attack.

She seemed very manipulative and clever at not answering questions directly.

It was fascinating. I found he didn't really get to the bottom of whether she did it or not and certainly not why. I was left puzzled by it. Why did she do it? Because they interfered with her boyfriends?

She didn't really answer any of his questions. She takes responsibility that she could have done something to stop it but not for the actual act basically. She has a lot to process.

I didn't think piers morgan was the right person to do the interview. Maybe someone like Trevor McDonald would have been better.

Agree Trevor McDonald much better for this. He's done loads of things interviewing killers in American prisons though.

Betty totally agree, would have much preferred Trevor McDonald or Louis Theroux or someone. Don't think Piers Morgan did a good job at all, although in fairness she was incredibly good at dodging every single question he asked.
She seemed like she didn't take responsibility at all - as if it was nothing to do with her! It was as if she was talking about something that had happened to someone else.
I cried when the dad was talking about looking through the cards and things and finding the hair clippings from the sons' first haircuts. I felt so, so sorry for him. It must be hell for him, every single day. So incredibly sad.

Mind you being interviewed by Piers Morgan is enough to confuse anyone. He LOVES the sound of his own voice. It was so frustrating. Louis Theroux would have got much more out of her.

I really struggled with how she could live with herself knowing how her brothers had died, the youngest one is what hit me the most as he was hiding! She showed no emotion what so ever about the whole ordeal! Her therapist was right that she was a very scary person! She will still be a danger when she leaves prison!
If I was her dad I would have had the boy who killed my children executed at the very least!

I know, she seemed remarkably calm and self-assured. She apparently said ' Wow that was awesome' after the murders were committed and then went and had sex with her boyfriend. She is a psychopath in my opinion. I wish the programme had gone more into her background and what could have made her become this way.

The thought of the little boy hiding in his closet when he was murdered was just heartbreaking. I don't know how the Dad manages to go on after losing his family in such a way.

I agree, I would never survive something like that if I lost my children!
I don't know how he has forgiven her to be honest, maybe because she has no one else!
I remember being a young impressionable teenager and nothing in this world could have made me do such a cruel thing to my family!
I thought I would enjoy the show but I found it quite distressing when it involved children

She never in any interview she has done has she apologised or accepted blame for anything she has done.

Her dad has now remarried and has I think 3 children with his new wife.

That's interesting Clutter I had no idea he was remarried already I am surprised that wasn't mentioned in the programme but I guess it was more about her!

I find stuff like this so fascinating but I found this very difficult to watch, again because of the 2 boys and the dad surviving. That poor man. I don't know how he has got through this and how he has ever been able to forgive her, although I guess she is the last member of that family for him. I also thought she was very good at not answering anything. Louis Theroux would have done a much better job. I wanted Piers to ask her if she missed them and thought of them, put her on the spot. There didn't seem to be any remorse there. I don't think she should ever get out. They are all convinced she was behind it all.

Next week's is going to be very tough!

I agree with you completely! I would have questioned her feelings towards her brothers and the way her friend killed them!
She has perfected her presence and answers over the years to fool everybody but in reality it's very see through, I believe she has no feelings towards her family! She was young and stupid but weren't we all!?
I'm sure both Louis and Trevor have both done very similar programmes before! Piers needs to be more direct and cut throat!
