Anyone else seen it & left thinking WTF?

So, was she a "good wife" to the end, getting the best possble deal for Peter but at what cost-her happiness/the life that she had built for herself?

I don't care that it wasn't happy ever after, that Jason left that it wasn't all resolved.

But is she out of Diane's firm now?

I was just left thinking eh??

I also thought WTF and eh, then more ehs & a really?

V disappointing finale. I wanted Peter to get off for Eli's sake, reputation & personally. Found the whole trial story shite & v dull. The incompetent lab woman that Jason sussed out wasn't even mentioned.

Cary shoehorned in as he has been all series.

Diane & her husband - really?

Jason & Alicia should have been together with the knowledge that he'd probably bugger off but I wouldn't have minded that ambiguity.

Alicia & Lucca should have returned to the law office with Lucca promoted.

Pfft.

What a rotten ending. Peter screwing Alicia and Eli over was nasty. I wasn't expecting her to end so weak and beaten, I hated it.

Oh and agree the trial was shite would have rather suffered more chum hum or Colin Sweeney.

Oh I was excited about the last episode until I read this (serves me right).
Have been a Good Wife follower since it first started.
How sad to go out as a damp squib...
