New thread, before the other one runs out.

That was hard to watch. I felt quite tearful. How can Emma not have considered abuse, is she that naive?

BernardsarenotalwaysSaints · 06/06/2016 14:21

I'm assuming hoping this story line will conclude before the 3 month break? If I remember rightly there was a long break during the last Olympics too.

tadpole I think she just doesn't want to believe it Hmm

cinnamongreyhound · 06/06/2016 14:31

They said before the death of a baby takes Emma back to an old case in this week long story so I'm assuming it will conclude.

cinnamongreyhound · 06/06/2016 14:32

I assumed her sad face was about feeling guilty not just sad the baby had died.

ItsAllGoingToBeFine · 06/06/2016 16:57

Today's was really hard to watch Sad

Raahh · 07/06/2016 11:04

ANDY MOSS who i think is the husband/boyfriend/father is a guest on WRIGHT STUFF tomorrow morning 9.15am

blamethecat · 07/06/2016 13:03

Didn't see yesterday's and I am not sure I want to watch today now.

Raahh · 07/06/2016 14:44

So- yes, how can they have the continuation of Ramadan when it resumes in September?

The baby story is not going to end well, is it?

Where was all the blood? the corner of the coffee table, wouldn't there be blood?

OP posts:
Raahh · 07/06/2016 14:49

Rob didn't think it was wise to let them have the baby in the first place. surely they wouldn't let 6tl continue? She is far too over invested.

I'm sure Emma is telling far too many people.

I like how Ruhma's kids seem to be getting on with Heston. still can't stand Ruhma though.

Theyre probably pushing it enough having a baby death storyline as lunchtime entertainment - blood would be a step too far?

Raahh · 07/06/2016 14:58

The social worker is convinced it is foul play. Surprise surprise.

So was Rob and Jimmy ...

Raahh · 07/06/2016 15:00

it's I suppose so. I should also remember it is Doctors. Grin

He wants Rhiannon sedated so she doesn't talk, doesn't he?

OP posts:
Raahh · 07/06/2016 15:02

I think he did something- he is very controlling of Rhiannon.

OP posts:
cinnamongreyhound · 07/06/2016 15:41

There was blood on her dressing gown and the blanket.

I'm becoming more convinced Paul did something. He was struggling with Nicholas' crying earlier on.

hidingwithwine · 07/06/2016 17:10

I know it's a tragedy etc but I'm not exactly over invested in the baby storyline. Maybe because I never took to Paul and Rhiannon in the first place?

I think Emma feels something not accidental happened too but she doesn't want to admit she was wrong.

I've never taken to her, either!! 😂

RTKangaMummy · 07/06/2016 20:45

I am with you

I know I should feel sad about the baby but for some reason I am not being invested in their storyline

I think it is cos I knew it was likely to happen and the storyline was rather annoying and didn't seem like RL - yes I know it is Doctors but it was just wrong from the beginning but don't really know why

Yes I think she had been drinking vodka and he knows what happened even if he didn't do it he knows she did

I don't understand why they have been allowed to be together either, surely they would be separated from the moment the police turned up??

TheDrsDocMartens · 08/06/2016 07:40

It depends whether they suspected foul play I think . Friends dd died suddenly and they stayed together , although no suspicion of foul play there (cot death)

BernardsarenotalwaysSaints · 08/06/2016 07:45

I haven't watched yesterday's yet. There was bloody power cut in my village so going to have to iplayer it later.

I would think Ramadan will just be talked about come September, similar to what they do after the Christmas break.

RTKangaMummy · 08/06/2016 07:54

I totally understand when it is a horrible thing like cot death SadSadSad

I meant it was suspicious circumstances with this family

blamethecat · 08/06/2016 13:25

I missed the actual episode that the baby died in, could he have done something before she fell over ? was he drugging her/spiking drinks ?
