Some of those characters - (i'm thinking Big Mo, Peggy, Stacey as prime examples ) - would have mouths like a sewer!

I love watching Stacey have huge row then walk away saying 'oh, get lost!'

good god yes, with all the stuff that has happened to all those people it would drive a devout non swearer to some colourful language, it does seem funny when they say'oh get lost' or whatever and it just doesn't seem enough lol

I know just what you mean. Did you ever see the spin off over 18 shows they did for Brookside? It was ages ago now but it was very strange watching it as they were all effing and blinding as you would in real life, and I just wasnt used to seeing Jimmy Corkhill like that!

i was thinking the same think kezza it really threw me when jimmy swore it didn't fit hehe
