Danish thriller, BBC4, Saturday night, featuring what looks like Andy off Emmerdale??

Is there a thread for this already? Can't find one but surely this little gem hasn't escaped everyone's notice? I'm watching it on iPlayer so only just seen it today.

Yeah Coffee Dh and I watched it. Wasn't too impressed until half way through first episode, then boomph, I was hooked. Looking good. Roll on next week.

And Christa Ackroyd who used to be the Look North presenter played the British interviewer, still with her 80s helmet hair and dodgy suit! And Peter Sondergard (or Puer Suer as it seems to be pronounced in Danish) looks like Peter Serafinowicz.

Loving the bumbling car thieves, guessing they are not going to get away with all that cash...

I'm liking this too, getting my fix of Scandi TV.

Just finished Trapped and am going to start 'Thicker than water'

Yokohama - yes, I got into it half way through the 1st episode too.

I've recorded this. I'll miss next week's too, but I'll post when I've caught up. Looking forward to it now that Trapped's finished.

I haven't watched this yet but I am enjoying Thicker than Water. The setting is beautiful and it reminds me a bit of Bloodline and Legacy. I really enjoyed Trapped too,

fiftyval · 22/03/2016 15:18

I am enjoying both this and thicker than water. Also looking forward to another new series on more 4 called ' Blue Eyes' - a Swedish political thriller.

CoffeeAndOranges · 22/03/2016 17:18

Am now watching Thicker Than Water - love my Scandi fix!!

Where and when is Thicker Than Water on, please?

CoffeeAndOranges · 23/03/2016 08:16

Don't know about times but I found it on channel 4 catch up. There's a world drama section.

I watch all my to on catch up now, evenings are entirely taken up with baby's bedtime then trying to get some sleep myself before the fun starts!!

Really enjoying this so far. Nice to watch a Scandi not entirely murder based. Gave up with Trapped after 1.5 episodes , our friends loved it so might have made a mistake and return to it on catch up at some point. Walter is the perfect channel for me if only I had the time to watch it all.

OnlyLovers · 24/03/2016 15:42

Trapped is definitely worth giving another go! I thought it was excellent.

Follow the Money is a bit meh for me so far. I think I'm just not all that interested in corporate crime; and I don't fully understand all the stuff about insider trading etc.
