He's really, really irritating isn't he. Perhaps we could persuade him to appear on a "celebrity in the stocks" show. Celebrities get put in medievel style stocks and members of the public (that's us) would pelt them with rotten fruit and veg.

He is a dancer who first became famous (if that is the right word) on Strictly Come Dancing. Wasn't he Natasha Kaplinsky's partner in the first series and she had an affair with him or am I dreaming that up?

I am sorry to say it because I agree he is a complete knobhead, but when he goes off on one, I find him rather attractive.

And he does have the most fantastic hip movement (when he's dancing, of course)

Actually I can sort of see the physical attraction, he's fit and strong, he has loads of rhythm and stamina, he can really move his hips, he's enthusiastic, these are all good things for both vertical and horizontal dancing. His personality is just so off-putting that it completely over-shadows the physical aspect.

But his personality was what I was saying I was attracted to! I know I shouldn't, but there is something about men losing their rag and going off on one that I find attractive. Maybe it is because it describes my personality... I am a sad person really.

Oh and yes, anyone who can dance like he can can't be all bad, surely?

I'm afraid that that one just loves himself far too much!! And he does seem to be kicking the seat out of the 'celeb' shows (celeb being used in the loosest of senses - I mean, Cherie Blair's half-sister on the jungle thing, how tenuous a link to celebrity is that)?

Yes, DG, he did have an affair with the Kaplinsky, when they were both involved elsewhere I believe. I do understand the attraction, but you'd run a mile over trust issues, wouldn't you? Also I think that at a not-exactly-very tall 5'8" I'd tower over him, as he is a bit of a squirt!

He's in the BBC show where they sing duets, I can't remember what it's called. It was on last night.

I can't satnd him. And as for Kim Tate, she's equally repulsive. Very mannish. Brendan Cole is definately really annoying. Where's he from, anyway? Even his accent annoys me.

Missus C, no more so than Alex Best on I'ma Celeb, Callum Best and whats-his-face Brosnan (son of former James Bond actor) on Lurve Island et al. Won't be on Dancing on Ice though - too high a risk of injury and it's on ITV !

Brendan is however despite all his major character flaws a very good dancer. But he does seem to enjoy the fame and notoriety
as much as just doing his job.
So that makes him a bit of a prick too

Please, I am married to an Australian and to say someone comes from Oz who actually comes from NZ is deeply offensive to all sides I believe! Anyway, his accent is definitely NZ so I presume he is from NZ.

No I wouldn't trust the little shit, if he can have an affair with Kaplinsky, causing her to break off her engagement with someone else, only for him to be looking for love on Love Island a couple of years later. (Seriously, they aren't really looking for love on that programme, are they?) But taking his outbursts, purely on their own, he can be rather attractive.
