Perhaps we could have 2 lines. We each take a turn slapping each with the wet fish then join the back of the queue to wait our next turn.

It'll be like the scene in Airplane but Abbot struggling in an ill-fitting strait jacket and the camera panning down a line of gin (and wine, all for diversity)-soaked mumsnet tees menacingly slapping an assortment of the day's catch against our collective open palms.

I finally caught up with QT today

I haven't been watching political shows for ages so haven't seen her much

also I met her about 6 years ago and she was an absolute delight

I watched that thinking "WTF happened?"

She comes across as bizarrely obstinate, arrogant and belligerent. In the past I thought she did debate very well - calmly, clearly, addressing people's points in a logical way, but on this I just felt like she cba with a real conversation.

she's definitely got much worse over the years. i remember quite admiring her in her early days but over the years she has developed a very unpleasant debating style and a pomposity that off-putting to say the least.

I've got this mental picture of a Heath-Robinson type contraption that you fix a fish to, step up to a designated zone and deliver a maximum impact slap right on her kisser.

I had to stop watching QT on Thursday. Truss and Abbot droning on messed with my brain function. I listened in bed to radio5. It was better without the visuals. MEH!

Never mind Diane Abbott, they were all so fucking irritating. Hate it when there's such a shitty line up. Julia H-B seems quite personable IRL but on QT she comes across as such a massive twat.
