You can definitely see the difference in their appearance on eviction night. Even daniellas hair was shiney and make up nice.

I too feel sorry for jan leeming. Anyone who doesn't want to be on their own but finds themselves in that situation can find the loneliness excruciating .

I think back to my lovely nana. She had a long widow hood. We popped in once a week and my aunt used to collect her on a Friday and take her home on a Sunday as she was at work On mnday. There was no phone in her house. She might have popped up to see us during the week. I dont remember. She spent the last 15 years of her life in a care home with dementia. It makes you wonder if some of that is attributed to lack of stimulation and poor nutrition..She must have been terribly lonely . It wasn't spoken about then. People were more stoical.ie suffered in silence
