yy, maybe she hasn't twigged completely that he is no longer interested in her really. She did call him out on the fact that she wasn't exactly being treated as his personal assistant, and no longer confiding in her.

And then he confused me by being nice, and arranging Mr Singer. Bur he is not nice, but by doing that for her , he knows Val will forgive him when she is left doing rotas and general admin. Because there probably is no special job.

tbh- I still can't really work out his agenda. It just seems to be to have the practice fall apart.

So more mind games then? I don't get this really-surely Tbfh owes Val nothing anyway?
