The Originals/TVD

I've recently started watching TVD, well for about 2 months and I'm currently a bit through S4. I'm going to watch the originals too but does it start from a leaving point of TVD or does it start as if you've never ever seen an ep of tvd and has it's own starting point?

As evil as Klaus can be in tvd I have a real soft spot for him!

Originals starts when they leave tvd but you could easily watch Originals without having seen tvd.

Klaus gets even better in Originals!

Klaus is great but I think I prefer Elijah. I think the Originals is the better of the two, although the first half of the latest season of TVD has been good.

Ooh I love Elijah also - it's just from what I've seen so far Klaus has been in it a lot more. Definitely looking forward to starting Originals now. :)

Elijah is so aloof but such a gentleman. Klaus is a tortured soul!!
Originals is brilliant. Watch out for Marcel - he is gorgeous.

Ohh nice! Until I start watching it I shall just bask in the beauty of Damon, Elijah and Klaus
