it really unreasonably annoys me when Nigella cooks in her nightwear!!! Surely it's a fire hazard with those silk sleeves flopping about over the hob?!!!!

surely i'm not the only one whose dressing gown has caught fire?!!

my dh spends the whole time making fake sex noises everytime she speaks - so his problem if his christmas dinner is crap!

I wonder if that's why the camera man kept going in & out of focus?

We did do the thing with the semolina on the roasts, which turned out lovely.

you parboil the potatos, then bash them round in a colander, sprinkle with semolina and they come up really cripsy!

oh right sorry I was thinking you were eating roasts in porridge type thing lol

I had never even heard of putting flour on them before roasting, so Nigella's semolina trick was a bit of a mystery, but turned out great.
I like semolina as a pudding with prunes, never thought you could have it savoury.

we did the gingerbread stuffing for our duck and omfuckinggods it's divine..... really really yummy. so christmassy and tasty. i could have sat there and just eaten the pot of stuffing!
