oh that's sad. She was an amazing actress, she was in the Cynthia Payne film.

Yes I just read that. Sad, and very sudden. I wonder how they will deal with it in the scriptwriting for emmerdale. Did anyone else struggle to recognise the actress as the same person as the Edna character? To me they look so different.

I hadn't noticed she wasn't in Emmerdale lately... where is she meant to be?

Very sad news, I don't watch Emmerdale so didn't know she was in that but I always thought she was good in Making Out.

They could say she's upped and left and gone to live in Australia with Betty.
