Anyone watching Code Black?

Haven't found a thread on this. I've been watching for a few weeks and am loving it! Cross between ER and Greys I think

No - I am watching it too, and I am enjoying it.

Greys is back too - I saw the season opener last night.

Will check it out to see if the combined weight of two of us can prevent it being cancelled!

Ooh you should have said Marcia Gay Harden. Love her. She was so fantastic in Trophy Wife (alas only lasted one season).

I've never really done hospital dramas before, but I think the cast are great.

Ahhh nice to know I'm not alone! Love Mama too, and I like the way they are setting up loads of sub plots and letting them develop.

Watched the new Greys tonight. Thought it was disappointing, really tired and not a patch on earlier series

I agree Rushy, i hate to say it but maybe it's had it's day but Code Black just seems to get better and better

Just caught up to the last US episode. Nice cliff-hanger for the midseason break (although the next episode is on 13th January but programmes tend to appear at random in January and February).

Greys is not too bad this season, although Jo is proving to be highly annoying.

Does it get significantly better?
I'm not warming up to it, although it doesn't help that I'm currently watching ER again.

Nothing compared to ER but I think it does get better once you get past the getting to know everyone episodes

For some reason I hate the "mother" character. It feels rather stifled to me. Not at all natural.
I might stick it out for a while just for "Zaf".
