You know it's neatly Christmas when this starts on C5. UK semis tonight. Anyone else have this as a family festive period fixture?

World's Strongest Man always makes me think of my Gran. Every year we would watch it, with Gran commenting "this can't be doing them any good!"

It's hilarious. Me and dh and dc watch it.

It's a Xmas TV staple for us. What could be more festive than watching a man-mountain strain so hard his nose bleeds and he gets a rectal prolapse?

I love all the World's Strongest Man competitions - there's something so entertaining about seeing people pick up a car / pull a lorry / throw very heavy things over high bars. Somehow it makes me feel better about all the chocolate I eat over Christmas as well...
