New thread for more random chat about the jungle.

Make yourselves comfy and avoid the dunny.

bugger - jorgie not porgies and had not hard.

dontcallmelen · 03/12/2015 22:09

Really wishing it was Jorgie who had gone tonight, she has got on my nerves since the whispering about Chris, thought that was spiteful & uncalled for.

thunderbird69 · 03/12/2015 22:10

I'm surprised there are so many voting for jorgie. Who is her fan base?

BastardGoDarkly · 03/12/2015 22:17

Hollyoaks fans?

Only1scoop · 03/12/2015 22:28

First dates anyone?
Can't find the thread

BastardGoDarkly · 03/12/2015 22:31

I'm watching scoop! Maybe start one?

var123 · 03/12/2015 22:32

I didn't know Hollyoaks was that popular. Has anyone ever seen an episode? I don't even know what time it is on.

I find it hard to take the George - Ferne romance seriously. She's completely out of his league maturity-wise.

Jorgie is just plain annoying. I might give myself a night off tomorrow and just tune in at the end hoping that she's being evicted.

Only1scoop · 03/12/2015 22:40

Bast

There is a good ....one look under telly addicts just found it again.

Sorry I'm a rubbish linker.

PiperChapstick · 03/12/2015 22:48

Interesting how Duncan mentioned Lady C slagging off Tony's children, Yvette touched on this and it was never aired!

CFSsucks · 03/12/2015 22:58

I thought that about her slagging off his children. I've definitely read about it but I don't remember seeing it.

She can say they bullied her all she likes, they stuck to facts saying she was rude and doesn't act like a Lady. She was incredibly personal and way below the belt. I think she just didn't like the fact that the stood up to her and wouldn't lock her arse like Chris and Keiron did. She went for Brian at first until he made his peace with her and licked her arse and she was fine with him after that. She was the bully.

I like Duncan and was sorry to see him go. It's going to be a George, Fearne, Vicky final and I hope Vicky wins. George is boring. Keiron needs to go next, then Jorgie.

findingmyfeet12 · 04/12/2015 00:16

I just watched tonight's episode. When they showed Duncan's highlights it seemed that a lot of fun stuff had gone on in camp but maybe it's ended up on the cutting room floor as Lady C took up so much airtime.

oneowlgirl · 04/12/2015 01:17

I'm an episode behind so watching last nights, but I do struggle to see how people can't see that DB & TH are bullying bastards

DorynownotFloundering · 04/12/2015 05:53

oneowl where is the evidence for the bullying?

Tony & Duncan may not be everyones cup of tea & certainly have some questionable sexist attitudes, but all I have seen is them retaliating (albeit unwisely) to someone repeatedly, personally & viciously rude to them.

Georgia Campbells exit interview was the most deluded load of kangaroo bollocks I have ever heard.

Nishky · 04/12/2015 06:45

Is it just me driven to a rage by the 'she's no lady' comments -it is a title not a fucking job description -and anyway how to they expect a 'lady' to act-those comments just show up their mysoginist views in my opinion

mollyonthemove · 04/12/2015 07:19

It's because she kept telling everyone how much better she was than them I guess. She mde it clear she felt everyone was beneath her - always talking about 'paupers' and 'oiks' and money.

Sansoora · 04/12/2015 07:52

I think your reading too much into it Nishky.

It is what it is - an innocent expression for most people.

Nishky · 04/12/2015 08:14

Is it innocent, or a way of keeping women in their place? What is ladylike behaviour anyway?

thunderbird69 · 04/12/2015 08:27

I'd say ladies ( and gentlemen) are people with good manners who behave in a dignified way. So it is ironic that she has the title 'lady' when she is rude etc.

Roussette · 04/12/2015 08:57

I know everything is edited but she was not bullied. To start with Tony and Dunc tried to walk away but she never stopped, on and on and on... and surely you would tell someone to stop and watch their mouth after an endless tirade? Imagine if say Tony had said something about her son? He'd be crucified and to be honest I blame the producers, they should've pulled her up on her behaviour and nipped it in the bud. It seems to me as if everyone was scared of her and her rants, even the production team.

I bet the producers rue the day they had her on. She will have got money she wasn't entitled to because of walking or being told to go. She was every day in the Bush wotsit moaning for hours apparently. A very nasty person I think.

PiperChapstick · 04/12/2015 09:35

s it just me driven to a rage by the 'she's no lady' comments -it is a title not a fucking job description -and anyway how to they expect a 'lady' to act-those comments just show up their mysoginist views in my opinion

They're pointing out the irony that she thinks she's automatically better behaved than anyone because of her title. When in fact she is a disgusting foul mouthed bully. Nothing to do with misogyny.

Also I know it's edited like mad but I have never seen DB & TH bully Lady C, merely snap back when she calls them all manner of names. I expect if it was either of them calling the like of Ferne and Yvette 'arsehole' 'fat slob' and 'pussy' and mocking their working class background they'd have been kicked out long ago, but it seems because Lady C is female it's fine Hmm

Angelto5 · 04/12/2015 11:24

I noticed that too finding -when someone has been evicted & they showed their highlights there looked like some great times they never showed.
I think I read in the paper the weekend that they had a fashion show but it never got aired. (Possibly because lady c is more interesting ??Confused)

Jakana · 04/12/2015 11:26

Nishky- I think it's how some people are bred my dear- they can't tell the difference.

seasidesally · 04/12/2015 12:33

what is it with MN recently every others thread turning into a man hating splurge

she was a rude delude biatch plane and simple and every one them that has been interviewed say they dont want contact afterwards, that to me speaks volumes

var123 · 04/12/2015 12:45

It was interesting that both Brian and Chris seemed well-disposed to keeping in touch with her at first when they left, but then they began to back away from it.

Brian said he'd been left traumatised by her bullying and just decided that he'd try to appease her to stop her getting at him.

Chris seemed like her greatest defender but then he was the most eloquent in describing how badly she behaved towards the show's producers. (I think we can all imagine how she'll respond to that implied criticism).

Anyone fancy placing a bet on that meal in Soho actually going ahead?

Girlfriend36 · 04/12/2015 14:10

I would like to know what it is Lady C said about Tonys children, does anyone know how old they are? I think all the contestants who have left have mentioned it so am thinking it must have been really vicious Angry even Ant said he thought she went too far.

Anyone else think they went a bit far with the snake trial? I found it uncomfortable to watch and watching someone being genuinely terrified is not good entertainment imo. I find some of the trials quite stressful to watch tbh, any of the ones with water where they have to out their heads under being another example. I have this horrible feeling that one day they will push it too far and something bad will happen.

I think Vicky or Fearne will win.
