Anyone else very excited about series 6 of cold feet?!

I noticed that on the BBC website this morning too, Sylvie. I loved that series. I hope the new series is as good as the previous ones.

I loved it, but I'm very wary about a new series after all this time. I'd rather not watch it than be disappointed.

Ooh how exciting. I binged watched all the box sets in the early naughties.

I'm excited too & will definitely watch although as pp, I am a bit wary of a new series after all this time so I'm hoping it will live up to the previous series.

I loved it, have a couple of DVDs here, might watch them tonight wonder how the new series will go, I'll look forward to it.

I loved it at the time, but, like Netballhoop - I'm never sure it's a good idea to try to revive an old series several years on. It rarely lives up to expectations.

They were great series. But Sometimes the relationships in it got too bleak!

I thought that Helen Baxendale might narrate, as in Desperate Housewives or the Lovely Bones.

I love Cold Feet and have recently been revisiting my box set. DH isn't quite sure about it yet having not watched it first time around. I hope it's as good as the original.

Can't see how it would work. I loved the original but took 'the death' very badly.

Mind you if we get to see more manchester on our screens that's a good thing...

I love it first time round. I imagine all thieir children will be teenagers now? I hope they don't ruin the reputation of the show. I thought they left the series nicely in the last show.

I'll be glad that Helen Baxendale isn't in it. She was so wooden. I just get irritated every time she's on the screen. I've no idea how she became a successful actress.

Fay Ripley. Where did you hear that? I love her cookbooks. Her husband is the drug addict in Catastrophe.

Watched all third box sets in a nostalgia frenzy earlier in the year (they're in sky on demand box sets). Loved it, but not sure how good an idea going back is.
