I just find Lady so entitled, unempathetic, arrogant and a bully. I also dislike the way the women are letting her get away with it, so I was glad when Tony and Duncan stepped in.

Loving that Geordie lass, she's v sensible! Lady C is an opinionated cow. So entitled and arrogant. She actually makes my skin crawl.
