I thought it was great too. Did anyone else find Jason Orange being bitchy to Mel C a bit cringey - what was that all about?

merrylissiemas · 03/12/2006 18:23

loved it, loved it, loved it. still knew all the words!

tegan · 03/12/2006 18:26

I felt like I was 14 again and my 8 yo kept asking me why I was crying at the old people on the telly. I had to then get all my take that memorabilia out and play all my original cd's it was gone 1 before we went to bed and then my mum made her watch it again this afternoon, Great.

Gary still looked good but the other three looked like tramps!!!! Still sounded good though!!

Quadrophenia · 03/12/2006 20:08

my dp and i got the giggles at their dancing some of it was very poor!

bran · 03/12/2006 20:17

I have a theory that Gary was always middle-aged, and he now looks quite good because he has grown into his ideal age. That's why he used to boast about earning more than the others back when they were big, when any normal man that age would be boasting about how much booze they had drunk and the groupies they'd shagged. It's also why he and Robbie couldn't get on, Robbie was, and still is, a teenager (which is much less appealing in a man his age than it was when he was in Take That). If you compare them side by side it's quite shocking, Gary not looking that much different than a decade ago and Robbie looking burnt-out from living an impulsive teenage lifestyle in a middle-aged body.

noddyholder · 03/12/2006 20:18

I loved it too!I really sgould know better

bran · 03/12/2006 20:19

I totally agree with your dancing comment Quadrophenia, it was a bit cheesy and "dad" like. But then Gary always was a bit of a dad dancer, and the others aren't the spring chickens they used to be, those flexible, sinuous moves are gone forever I think.

jingleboobs · 03/12/2006 20:22

im 25 on saturday so iwas 12 when they were big and i loved them then and i love them now

sang and danced round the living room like a mad thing even watched the tour which was fab til 12

laneydaye · 03/12/2006 20:22

Its a shame they will make tons of cash!! and yet again cant sing "live" in key.....
