I watched the four episodes back to back and am giddily excited for tonight. I have wine, snacks and phone will be on silent! Apparently the writer said that his own mother complained when drama's ended with wishy washey loose ends, where the ending is open to interpretation. So they have made sure it is all completely resolved

I'm liking the theory that the young girl (it's awful, her name escapes me, diminishing brain cells) is actually his daughter, unbeknownst to him. Due to a years ago fling with the mother. (obviously I'm not "liking" it for that horrible reason!)

Can someone help me understand this bit... i thought the holiday photos showed Simon with Kate and her family - this can't be right though if Kate's mum and dad don't know about the affair?

Someone said to me this morning, remember Simon's mum telling Gemma that FIL was just the same? Maybe FIL had had an affair with Kate's mother Susie so Kate is Simon's half sister.
