Yeah, she's under his meat sheet Hmm

Why doesn't Rick ever hold her?!

UnGoogleable · 30/11/2015 23:14

Why doesn't Rick ever hold her?!

Cos he needs both hands free for some badass killing action Grin

Hmmm, I found that a very tense episode, but I'm a bit disappointed that nothing much really happened.

I kept shouting "Where's Abe and his massive rocket launcher?!"

Oh Carol! Why did you have to go and meddle? I couldn't bear that scene, I really don't want Carol to die. And poor Doctor lady, we like her, she has a good heart.

Aargh the tension!

Ludoole · 30/11/2015 23:22

Carol needs to 'babysit' Sam.... and show him the flowers Grin the kids a liability Hmm

Well yes, that was tense but not a lot actually happened.

That bloody boy calling 'mom, mom, mom!' is obviously going to draw all the walkers attention and get them bloody slaughtered in the next episode.

At least Glenn saw that Maggie was alive. Perhaps he'll draw those walkers away from her.

I thought the Carol/Morgan stuff was boring. And I couldn't give a shit what happens to the doctor girl. I do like Tara though.

And it was Eugene on the radio! Grin

I'm glad of the break - the show is annoying the shit out of me. Maybe I'll feel better about it by February.

MuttonWasAGoose · 01/12/2015 00:05

Probably the reason for the break until 14 February is Christmas and then football. The Super Bowl is on February 7. TWD shows on Sunday nights in the US and there will be playoffs every Sunday until then.

She developed the fever common to bites. Anyway, she's out of bullets so we can assume she's a goner.

Unlike Glenn, of course.

Or something.

limitedperiodonly · 01/12/2015 07:52

I've just watched it in tears. I never cry at TWD, apart from when Buttons died, but today is the second anniversary of my mum's death and as she was dying she was so wise and hopeful for us, like Deanna. She didn't end it in a blaze of glory though Grin. Thankfully, it was a lot more peaceful.

limitedperiodonly · 01/12/2015 07:55

Oh, and Sam is the new Coral - the kid you want to kill.

I kept thinking Judith would give them away by crying, but no, li'l ass kicker is a survivor.

Abraid2 · 01/12/2015 08:16

limited, sorry about your sad anniversary, but lovely that that was your mother's mantra.

Rumour on the net is still that Daryl is vulnerable. :(

Abraid2 · 01/12/2015 08:18

Sam's haircut is reason enough to have him eaten.

limitedperiodonly · 01/12/2015 08:35

I agree with DixieNormus, the picture was a big clue that Carol has had a hand in Sam's unravelling.

Thanks abraid. It was a weird experience as my mum was also a very keen gardener and endlessly patient with her rather disappointing children Grin

brittanyfairies · 01/12/2015 09:08

If that was my life, it would so be my kid going mum, mum, mum as we walked out of there.

My own zombie plan is to feed him to the zombies while I make my escape - he did an online questionnaire and will only last 2 hours in the zombie apocalypse so I've got scientific backing for my decision.

I enjoyed the episode apart from the Carol/Morgan confrontation. I am not sure why they couldn't have just left the wolf guy tied up and gone upstairs keep an eye on the bigger situation brewing outside.

But they have left us with everyone's fate uncertain. A cliff hanger for everyone.

Dixie DH and I have already decided that DS2 would have to be 'sorted' to save us all. We can't see him toughening up and seeing the boy in last night's episode just confirmed it.

My 2yo dd would be badass in the zombie apocalypse.

I'm not too worried about Daryl et al - Abe still has that rocket launcher and a load of RPGs, so surely they can just blow them all to pieces while feigning the handover of their weapons. I can't see Negan himself making it onto the screen until very near the end of the series, so it would make sense for Daryl and co to kill those Saviors, then a very pissed off Negan to catch up with our gang later at what remains of ASZ.

jcoleville · 01/12/2015 13:37

I kept shouting "Where's Abe and his massive rocket launcher?!

But that would be really lazy writing.

He just happens to find an RPG when and suddenly theres a perfect time to use a couple of episodes later? I'd like to think the writers for this show are a little more creative than that.

I just re-watched the end and it made me sad to see that Jessie is holding hands with Carl. For anyone who reads the comic book they will understand why.

ILikeToClean · 01/12/2015 13:40

Glad you all mentioned the scene after the credits, would have missed it otherwise.

But why did Daryl, Abe and Sasha get out of the truck? I was thinking just keep driving and mow em down!

Agree Jessie is the only badass in her family - she can easily join the crew, her sons not so much. That stupid kid saying mum - he's old enough to know not to speak!

Poor doctor lady, but think the whole holding on to the wolf man story is daft and surely Carol would not have made that her priority at that moment, but did anyone think he looked like Lawrence Llewelyn Bowen?! Grin.

jcoleville · 01/12/2015 13:42

It's not back till February 14th and then it's only three episodes...

No its not Confused

Season 6 will have 16 episodes in total.

jcoleville · 01/12/2015 13:45

But why did Daryl, Abe and Sasha get out of the truck? I was thinking just keep driving and mow em down!

Sure they can run them over but all had weapons/guns etc so would have shot the 3 of them through the windscreen.

Also you can't run them all over and the van can't drive faster than them (Daryl knows this from riding a motorcycle)
