No, I mean in real life. According to sleb gossip.

MsAdorabelleDearheartVonLipwig · 24/11/2015 20:52

WoodenSpoon if you look up the Walking Dead comics on Wiki, you can find plot outlines for every single issue. It tells you more or less what's going to happen on the tv program, except of course some of the characters are different, alive instead of dead etc and Daryl isn't even in them so no idea what will happen to him.

It is irresistable, unfortunately. Hmm Grin

ILikeToClean · 24/11/2015 20:58

Just watched - glad Glenn is alive but agree Kitty very unrealistic that he survived.

Thanks for clarifying the balloons -I don't remember them using them previously.

How come only Rick and that other guy were reinforcing the wall - where were all the other men?! It's all very quiet there - nobody's ever around!

UnGoogleable · 24/11/2015 22:36

Maggie and Andrew Lincoln are getting it on in real life? He's married isn't he? Shock link please!

The actress who plays Maggie is stunningly beautiful though, but I hope she's not a husband stealer...

Angelto5 · 25/11/2015 11:28

Just went on imdb & can't believe what Andrew Lincoln's real last name is!Smile

QueenStromba · 25/11/2015 11:32

Yeah, no wonder he doesn't use it!

brittanyfairies · 25/11/2015 13:24

I have questions in my head, first they're told not to make lots of noise because the zombies are spread out so aren't concentrating on one particular area of fence, then Rick starts hammering nails into the fence, and making loads of noise in one particular area.

Also, in these last couple of seasons, Zombies appear to have lost the ability to open doors or go up and down stairs. So if I was in Alexandria I'd just hide upstairs in my wardrobe until the herd had passed by. Am I missing something?

Great episode though, I am looking forward to next week and the mid-season finale. It's obviously going to involve those massive rockets.

Blondeshavemorefun · 25/11/2015 13:30

Where did they originally find the pack of green balloons to blow them up?

MuttonWasAGoose · 25/11/2015 13:42

Zombie motor skills have definitely deteriorated. The very first zombie we see, in the very first episode, picks up a doll and carries it.

Writtenbyme · 25/11/2015 13:54

I think the walkers have changed a lot. If I recall correctly Morgan's wife kept returning to their house. So, as a walker, she had some memory or habit from being alive. I think in the early days there was also emphasis on the walkers mainly being a problem at night.

BingoBonkers · 25/11/2015 15:06

Our recording of Monday's episode missed the beginning and we were watching it and then the next minute Glenn appeared in the alley. Couldn't believe it?! I am glad he is not dead but I am also a bit disappointed as that would have been a really gutsy decision.

As soon as I saw Carole hand Judith over I had a feeling something was about to happen.

I can honestly say I felt sick when the tower toppled into Alexandria. How on earth can they survive that?

Spencer is an idiot. A lucky to be alive idiot. Loved it when Tara gave Rick the finger. Excellent response.

The old bird in charge looks awful. I would be suing her surgeon.

What is Egg's real name?!

QueenStromba · 25/11/2015 15:18

Clutterbuck.

MsAdorabelleDearheartVonLipwig · 25/11/2015 15:51

Bingo Glenn fell right next to the dumpster and within about five seconds managed to pull himself underneath it. Sustaining not one single bite on any part of his body Hmm He stabbed a couple of walkers in the head that tried to follow him and their bodies therefore shielded him from the rest, who were busy ripping Nicholas apart. Then I think he just stayed there overnight. When he peeped out the next day most of them had gone.

BingoBonkers · 25/11/2015 19:50

Thanks Queen. Not really a name that you can imagine up in lights is it?

Adorable thank you. Doesn't seem possible at all.

swisscheesetony · 25/11/2015 20:04

Yes and in episode one doesn't Andrea's "just turned" boyfriend run at her?

TheDrsDocMartens · 26/11/2015 07:52

It could be that more recently turned ones have more memory? Lots of the zombies now have been around for ages.

ILikeToClean · 26/11/2015 08:02

The old bird in charge looks awful. I would be suing her surgeon.

Grin and her hair looks like straw, was comparing it to Rick's greasy mop!

MuttonWasAGoose · 26/11/2015 12:12

Her blow dry is definitely going to seed.

So pleased about Glenn, but what is there to return to? And where are Daryl, Sasha and Abraham? It's so much harder watching TWD in real time than binge watching on catch up!

TheDrsDocMartens · 26/11/2015 13:37

It's the fact it's still all the same event from different perspectives that's making it more stressful! Still wondering how Daryl etc can get back/Glenn & Edith get in/rest defend. Assuming next week ties it all up and then ends on another cliff hanger?

SconeForAStroll · 26/11/2015 14:09

Well hello. I have binge watched from the very start of season 1 in the last three weeks, after never having watched it before.

I can't believe I have to wait for the next episode now!

That church tower falling is not good. Unless it can be used as a distraction so that a bigger distraction is deployed to draw the rest of the herd away.

The diabetic girl a couple of episodes previously really annoyed me. If she was falling into a coma then injecting her with insulin would have killed her double quick - she needed sugar! mother of a type 1 ds who spends a lot of time telling people that injecting insulin is not what is required in an emergency

I suspect something bad is going to happen to Jessie. It doesn't seem likely that Rick will be allowed to have a hint of happiness for long.

quirkychick · 26/11/2015 14:20

SconeForAStroll I binge watched all the other seasons (thank you, Virgin Catch up and boxed sets) and am also finding it hard to wait... I am completely, not looking forward to the mid-season finale and waiting for the rest of the season. TWD really lends itself to watching episodes back to back.

MsAdorabelleDearheartVonLipwig · 26/11/2015 18:15

It's bonkers that the whole half season so far has actually only happened over a couple of days. They keep referring to the walkers in the quarry getting out and I keep thinking blimey, that was ages ago. Oh wait, no it wasn't, it was yesterday. Confused

Monroe · 26/11/2015 18:30

Loved seeing Glenn but can't help thinking he's only back for a short time.

And still loving Eugene and Tara.

This season so far has just been non stop (if you ignore the Morgan ep) so no idea how they are going to top it for the mid season finale
