I think that Carol has quite a big following and will stay in for a few weeks. The one I knew least was Jay but he's pretty good so I think he'll stay in. For those reasons it will probably be someone completely different. I expect the rest of Britain has been watching the Rugby - but I've never been bothered apart from watching the final the year that England won and i'm not even sure when that was.

I'd better qualify that statement to say the rest of England - naturally the rest of the UK will not be bothered either so that makes me an honorary Irish, Scottish, Welsh person tonight.

I know I'm in the minority here, but most rugby players just don't do it for me. I much prefer the longer, leaner physique. I can however, after a few glasses of wine, appreciate the way their shorts stretch over their bums when they're in the scrum. Small pleasures...

I'm always slightly surprised not to see woof appear from between their legs looking sheepish, when the scrum disperses.

When I was younger before the game turned pro there was a lot more variation in physique. They all seem so much bigger these days. Normally I prefer a leaner look as well orphan, but I see those thighs and all sense flies out the window.

Nick he loved it! Not even a backwards glance at me as he went into the room! He wanted to go in again this morning, long may it continue Grin. The only thing that's worrying me is the potty training as we've mostly cracked it but he's not brilliant at asking to go to the loo yet - we'll get there eventually.

Hope the residential goes ok, I would be feeling the exact same as you in that situation. It'll be the usual scenario where mum is left worrying at home and he'll have a ball, hopefully not too much stress for you Thanks

England are playing at Twickenham, Scotland played South Africa at St James.

Evening all. Not had time to look in on here since early this morning. Had to go for my flu jab and wanted to avoid the queue which usually builds up. Did a massive cooking stint for the freezer and also wanted to use up a huge bag of apples I'd been given. Then out for lunch and the afternoon with a friend.

Just got back ready for Strictly. Had to laugh reading all your comments about the OG songs - I was thinking exactly the same thing. Oh to see BA on SCD. Better still, imagine dancing a waltz with him (my poor kn......d shoulders probably couldn't take any of the Latin dances).

Afraid I can't contribute to the rugby. It doesn't float my boat at all.

Nodded off during Strictly and I think I missed Anton and Katie. May need to rewind the recording but not tonight as I am really tired again. Felt cold all night - very unlike me.

My kids have got their flu jabs next weekend ilove. I'll have to hope they get over their colds by then. Hope you aren't coming down with something with you being cold and tired. There's all sorts of colds going round down here. Apparently there's lots of children off and teachers too at the kids school. Confused

Morning all.

Looks like its gonna be rainy here today.

Me and DH have been up most of the night with the boys coughing. They seem slightly better this morning but a definite emergency appt tomorrow morning if I can get one. Antibiotics should sort them out.

DD has a birthday party to go to this afternoon but she seems well enough to go. There's a bar there so as we're walking there, and its been a stressful week, I'll treat myself to a drink.

In a fitfull sleep, I dreamt about KA! He was dressed in full costume including leather trousers(!) and was addressing this large crowd outside this castle and I was in the crowd listening. That was it really and woke up. Confused Wouldn't gave minded being one of his serving ladies. Star

Sounds like a decent dream. The other night I had a terrible dream, I was naked and trying to buy wine at M&S. I couldn't find any wine, and being starkers didn't have any money on me. Last week was obviously a stressful one.

I always like a kiddies party held on licensed premises, especially if they want you to stay with your child. I have a thrilling day of taking DS to rugby practice and watching MrP try and fix the leak under the sink we discovered last night. Still, it's lovely and sunny here, so I should be able to get out in the garden and attack the honeysuckle.
