Parking Wars on ITV (Sep 2015)

i dont know if this is a repeat or not

but there is some old woman going out and telling people off when they park in 'the residents only parking zone' - she doesnt even have a car.....

I thought she was great. She was obviously very lonely but she feels she is doing a service for the other residents.
