It's driving me mad...it was on sometime around 2004-2010. There were a bunch of cartoon kids who were all pals.
One was a largish lad who wore a beeny hat and played the drums. I think there may have been a mixed race boy too. And they used the word bobbinoculars !!! Which is now ingrained in my family's vocabulary 
For some reason I think it was made by bbc wales...I've googled but can't find any clues. Please help!!
