This series is excellent. Even the "found" poems are growing on me!

I love the found poems, they cheer me up about the 'bottom half of the internet'.

I love Dave Gorman. He tried to do straight stand up comedy without the PowerPoint for a while and it didn't really work, glad he is back to the PowerPoint presentations now.
Op have you seen his googlewhack adventure? It's probably really dated now but still so so funny!

I sometimes read thread on mumsnet in the style of his found poems. It's a bit addictive.

We've been recording this series but haven't got around to watching any of it, yet. Must fix that.

I love the Found Poems, the Maria Sugarpova one was funny. Apparently this is the 4th series of Modern Life is Goodish, I don't think I've seen them all, might try to look them up.

I love the programme but have to fast forward the found poems, I was just thinking yesterday that he should drop them. To me they are no better than reading the comments myself.

There was a series on netflix or one of the catch up channels recently, I think it must have been the 2nd one. I'd really like to watch the first one.

I like Dave Gorman, I used to post quite a lot on the Dave Gorman Forum about 15 years ago!

I've seen him live a few times, and in one show he had us all chanting 'What do we want? All freight! Where do we want it? On the canals!'. I've thought of it often since then, especially when stuck on the motorway behind lorries. Why can't freight be put on the canals?!
