I know the reason the character left was because Rosie marcel was pregnant in real life but tonight when Jac returned, during the operation she said 'and there was me worrying about baby brain' was Jac pregnant? I'm so confused

Yes, Jack had a baby girl, Emma I think, with Johnny the Scottish nurse.

Emma must be a two or three though- confusing.

Emma has to be atleast two, Jac left with her and jonnie. Just seemed a really strange thing to say

I guess it was just the writers way of reminding us that she's a mother.
I hope they make her character a bit more dimensional than before; she wasn't always believable.
