Anyone else got problems with NTL on demand not updating?

im haveing probs too its driving me mad as i want to watch eastenders!!i will try ringing them have you tried switching box on and off maybe worth a try as whenever i ring them thats what they tell me to do!!!

do you have problems with the box at the bottom of the screen which tells you whats on??

yes it keeps sticking

Yes, ours has been a bit dodgy ever since they changed their format (a couple of months). I phoned up and nothing has changed.
We're probably going to change to Sky in the new year - looks cheaper than NTL.
