Just an observation in Corrie...

When Danny and Jamie had their fight which ended in both of them going in the canal, after Danny and Frankie pulled Jamie out of the water, Danny tried to call an ambulance, but his mobile, which was on him whilst he was punching the bejaybus out of Jamie in the water, didn't work and he threw it in the canal. Then Danny goes into hiding. When he didn't turn up at Underworld after a day or so, Liam goes looking for him at Frankie's and Frankie says "have you tried his mobile?" Cut then to Danny taking a call from Warren on his mobile. Now, assuming he's got himself a replacement phone, being in the state of mind he's in, would he have called people and given them his new mobile number? Would he even have bothered getting another phone?............ You see where I'm going with this? UNLESS....... he had another phone that Liam, Warren and co. knew about, but us viewers didn't!!! No?

Ah, but you don't have to have a new number if you lose your phone, you jsut get a replacement SIM from your service provider.

but he had it the very next day! dh made the same observation, pennysweets. We too are sad enough to analse the ins and outs of the people in Corrie (for they are people, not mere characters). Further to your observation, he also wouldn't have been in a fit state to sort out a new sim card anyway, in our humble opinion.

...and what's Tracy up to? I know she's going to frame Charlie, but for what?

isn't tracey deliberately making claire think she is being mistreated by charlie so that she can kill him and claim self defence, using claire as her character witness? someone told me, perhaps it was another mner

Yes, the Tracy and Claire thing is weird, I guess it's like Iwouldlikeadollypleasesanta said, she's trying to frame Charlie, and then get Claire to back her up saying that Charlie was abusing her.

There's an evilly good ad on at the moment about the Danny Jamie thing - I couldn't not watch it but it's sooooooo annoying being told what's coming up.

No, she's not preggers to Danny in real life, they 'allegedly' had a fling which they both denied. I just find the whole Frankie Jamie storyline gross. She's effectively shagging her son. She's been his Stepmum since he was really little. Did you notice last night when she referred to something he used to do when he was a little boy? Bleeeeurgh!!

I totally agree Miss Mistletoe. Dp couldn't see a problem but I think I managed to wheedle an issue out of him when I asked him what he would think if it was a step-father and step-daughter situation. I've always like Frankie and I don't think she would really do this. (In realsoaplife).

Having worked with a guy who ended up married to his MIL I suspect the Frankie/Jamie storyline is based on fact.
