Did anyone else watch this series? I've had a quick look in the topic and can't see any reference. What did you think? Anyone else really frustrated and disappointed with the ending? Aside from that, I really enjoyed it

My husband watched it and was disappointed with the nonending ending. Too many series just fizzle out rather than produce an ending that feels like an ending. I watched the end of the last episode with him and we then had to check to see if there was another one next week as it looked as though it would carry on and end properly.

Is that the one with Anna Friel?

Yes Anna Friel. Thought she was great, completely believable US accent. Actually all the acting was great.

I watched it as American Odyssey.

Overall I enjoyed it.

The ending confused me.

That she was a fugitive(?) as I thought that she had been cleared of taking whatever she had.

I got that because she told the truth and handed over the evidence that the US army/government would make her out to be a traitor. But I don't get who the "old friend" she was going to see was? And what about Aslam wandering off in Barcelona, no resolution there?! Ditto Harrison left depressed in his bed. Peter, jobless yet not in prison as he'd said. Gahhh!

Possibly He was offered a job by the Alex Kingston character wasn't he, and turned it down? But I couldn't understand why he ever thought he'd go to prison anyway!

Who do you think Odelle was going to visit in the US? Ooh perhaps they'll be another series you think? Tie up the thousands of loose ends?

We hate-watched this, with the exception of Odelle the some of the supporting characters were so, so daft. How stupid was Harrison? We spent the whole series dumb-founded that despite his stupidity he was still alive. Was looking forward to the finale so we could finally get some resolution. Anna Friel was good, Peter Facinelli was too wet behind the ears to be convincing, the only reason we continued watching was because by the time we realised how crap it was we were already a good few episodes in.

I enjoyed it. They have already announced there won't be another series.
