Just watched.

The twin at Oxford is never going to be happy while she pretends to be someone else. And her clothes didn't match who she was trying to be. I felt so sorry for her.

Twin 2 should have dated her man again.

Woman dressed up as a trashy Marilyn was bizarre and embarrassing, but her date was dreadful too. Not ready for dating again after his divorce by the sound of it. You could see why his wife left him.

God yes she was a strange woman but I didn't like him either. He seemed very aggressive.

I wanted to get the twin in the blue dress and tie her hair up so she couldn't flick it. I think she is very insecure but I don't know why because she is lovely looking.

GOD the hair flicking made me v stabby, I came on here to find this thread just to rant about it! I didn't really like their outfits either.
I liked the twin who didn't go to Oxford, the Oxford twin was v strange, became V posh.

I like the look of next weeks with Hugo again, he does seem quite funny, I could imagine being in stitches with him.

That Marilyn woman was DREADFUL, massive freeloader, she was dressed like a cage dancer, think the guy got a lucky escape there.

The Oxford twin thought she had become posh but her clothes just screamed not-posh. She was very insecure and playing a part.

The navy ruched nylon dress was just awful....

The Marilyn date was just so awkward to watch.

Her squeaking was just too much. As was her 30.00 gesture.... I had to look away.

I've just read that the daters are given £30 each to pay towards the meal. That's obviously why she put £30 in so that he couldn't say she was making money out of it.

There is no way on this earth that she's 30. Hated it when she said, "But I've been hot..." as though he should have to pay for that.

Agree as well about the Oxford based twin. Awful dress and shoes. She was trying to fit a role that she really wasn't dressed for.

I love First Dates

The sad thing is that Hu go may have fancied her if she'd been herself. As it was she reminded me of a dreadful acquaintance of mine who always acts fake and OTT. It's so irritating.

Is Hugo the Hugh Grant character? He wasn't looking for a girlfriend and when he is looking for a girlfriend he'll only look for one from the same background as his. She was putting on an act and he'd be able to see through that really, really easily.

It raised a very interesting question about what happens when one sibling goes to a 'better' university than another. I've seen threads here where one child is sent to private school and the other isn't; it would be interesting to know how that works out later on in life.

I went to grammar school and uni and my little sister didn't. But it helps we are very different personalities. She's much better at practical things and has a good head for business and an amazing social life.
