Yep. Jeremy was a twat. Couldn'even put his phone down for the meal. If you're too busy to put your phone down for 1/2 hr you probably shouldn't be inflicting yourself on some poor person looking to have a nice date.

Was that guy really on phone to his office - or to some other boo?!

He looked very sneaky about it, didn't he? And didn't say who it was. He clearly saw himself as a Very Important Person in that he had to answer emails, had to go back to the office etc. Why go on a lunch date if you're that busy?

I couldn't stand Jeremy either, the one thing that really got me was when he was talking about how his divorce had been awful because financially it was a "step back" for him
his date had soo much more personality. She came across so well and him so badly....!

loved Harvey's enthusiasm and (sorry, forgotten her name, I feel like saying Maude but it can't be that) his date's confidence

Harvey's date was with Dinah, the ex travel rep who was very well travelled and nobody's fool.

It was just on Gogglebox and I laughed out loud again when she talked about the older man's sex drive 'even if he can't get it up'

They seemed to bring out the best in each other. He came across as cheesy and she didnt look her best, but they were a nice couple. I actually smiled to see they were an item.

Netflix and chill sounds like what my friend with benefits used to entice me over to his place with. Only back then there was no Netflix, so it was 'a film and chill'.

Apparently there's a celebrity version coming out for the Ch4 telethon Stand up to Cancer. Not sure of the date, but I think it might be soon.

the ratings thing is still confusing me. Why why why would you get 8/10 tattooed on you?

I do think it's a brilliant series though, love it.

He was an idiot when he was younger. Inked that he thought himself an 8/10. I suppose people do random things and then have to live with them.

The celeb one will just be a bit of fun I suppose. I'm intrigued to see who they sign up.
