Hive Minds in harder than University Challenge

I hardly know any answers nevermind finding them on the hive.

If they didn't cut to different shots while the hive is up you would have half a chance. I would think I had found the answer, then they move the hive on the screen so you've got to refocus and then the times up or the team's beaten you.

Soo frustrating though when they can't see the 'obvious' connections on the wall. What? You don't know who the characters in Downton Abbey are? Where have you been?

I read about this. It sounds a bit like Blockbusters combined with a word search puzzle. I love a good quiz, but it sounds a bit dull.

Agree that Only Connect is where it's at quiz-wise. I like spotting the same people flitting between the hard quizzes. You see some of the University Challenge contestants on Only Connect, and on Mastermind. I am a bit too invested, I think. I have developed a mild crush on one of this season's Only Connect contestants. He is really good as solving the walls and is bizarrely attractive despite having Vic Reeves style glasses (I haven't told my husband this).
