Just watched today's and was crying throughout - apart from the 6tl bits, as she is just annoying. I can't find any sympathy for her at all. She was a huge part of making TBFE miserable and she is a totally unsympathetic character.

I've never met the practice manager at my docs. Wouldn't know anything about them. I remember the previous one, only because she was on the local new having fleeced the place in a fraud.
