There were 3 ex Corrie actors in today's. John Stape, Alison who went out with Kevin Webster & threw herself under a lorry & the blowsy barmaid who played money grabbing sister today. Was she in Rita, Sue & Bob too. ? I'm just off to imdb.

She wasn't in Rita etc (but does look a lot like the actress who was in it)

50+??? I agree she looks it, though. I thought about 45 max because the likelihood of getting pregnant after that is small, and dwindles away to practically nothing very quickly.

Tried to google the 6tl actress but I couldn't find her dob. However, she apparently won the school's Disco Queen award in 1976 so probably closer to 50 than 40. She may well be past 55, even.

Well I thought she looked younger than 50-probably about 45ish. But I am an old gimmer, no mistake & she looks younger than me.

I always assumed mid to late 40s but have never been able to find the actresses actual age either.

When actors conceal their age the way she has it is a sure-fire sign they are a lot older than they want people to think.

If she won disco queen in 1976 she must have been at least 14 then, probably more likely 16+. But lets be generous and assume she was 10 or 11, that still makes her 49 / 50.

I am mid-forties and I don't know anyone my age who looks as old as she does. I always thought she was playing younger than her real age by about 5 years or so, so 55ish playing 50.
