Sporticus - the actor - is on Channel 5 now

Well he's soooo like Sporticus in real life. Rather gorgeous definitely - a lot less greased back - but he's rather manic! He's talking incredibly quickly so that you could easily imagine him leaping in the air and doing the splits, or doing bizarre hand movements, whilst dusting, hoovering, walking the dog and entertaining his three kids at the same time.

Apparently the prime minister of Iceland attributed the halt in obesity in Iceland to Lazy Town. In a one month campaign, they increased sales of vegetables by 22% and reduced soft drinks sales by some similar figure. Lazy Town is now shown in 103 countries and Sporticus gets "millions of letters" from parents (which I guess he answers all before breakfast!!) He announced all of that in one breath in about 10 seconds!
