Hi Enrique - he was fake-evicted and put in the bunker and therefore became a "timewarp" housemate. I think he goes back to normal when the others leave.

As soon as someone is nominated they are immediately up for eviction, so no point in nominating them again. So they're not actually nominating in the normal sense, they are guaranteeing someone is up.
