help, my sky plus remote wont work, an d now i cant watch anything........

ive missed robin hood, torchwood, and everything else as well.
i can change the chnnels via the actual box, but you cnt access the planner without the remote. wht to do?

hm...we only ever had probs with the volume thing on the sky remotes 9and have the same with our new one, already again, it worked for like a few days and suddenly no can do....) anyway, i assume you have exchanged the Batteries, lol....if you need to buy a new one...Argos is the cheapest place you can get them!

Ours went the other week - tis no fun scrolling through to cbeebies (channel 617) with a couple of tots yelling "We want Dora on!". I feel your pain.

can you change to channel the prog you want to record is on, use directional keys to scroll through to time it is on then press the record button...will it do that?

Try turning the whoel box off at the wall, wiat a bit then turn back on, it sort of 're-boots' it and might 'remind' it that it has a remote too!!
