I think Harry offered to do washing and Simon asked her to do his and she was surprised because he can't do it himself as he's 46. Helen has fixed in this as an example of Harry being a cow. Or something.

I think whether or not anyone likes Harry, it's got to be said, she is a troubled soul.

Harry was hiding her face. I'm not convinced it isn't an act. She flipped pretty quickly from hard-faced exhibitionist to hiding victim.
