Very weepy!!

After last weeks episode he was left in a coma in intensive care.
Alsion tracks him down after seeing his spirit.

Her and Jude argue as Jude doesn't ant her near him.

Alison sees a nurses spirit guiding the intensive care patients to the 'other side', and realises she is waiting for him.

Hang on back in mo....

ok..

Alison chases the nurse and offers to kill herself to save him .....but doesn't

He wakes up briefly and talks to Jude about how much he loves his life and her.

Jude takes the manuscript to Alison and she asks her to come and see him, when they arrive he is back in coma......

....

Jude falls asleep in the corridor and Alison is at his bedside.

She turns around and he is standing behind her in spirit .

He sees his body and realises what is happening. He is crying and sying he is afraid and doesn't understand what he is supposed to do

Alison says she will stay by his sid e and guide him ( much blubbing by now)

Then nurse spirirt arrives and he follows her out into the corridor. She lets Alison follow.

Alison watches him walikg down a corridor towards a bright light. Waiting at the light is his son. When he reaches him he bends down and embraces him....they walk into the light together.

Back in Intensive care Jude finds him dead and breaks down

Episode finishes with his funeral.
VERY emotional!

Why did no-one get Jude to come to see him before he went???

Alison was in a trancew..v upset watching him walk to the light. No one else would have been able to see the spirits though and Roberts body was unconscious

he was in a coma and just slipped away - Jude was asleep

Also he didn't actually die, with machines going off , until after he had gone into the light

I know, but they were all walking away and leaving him and not one person had gone to wake her

dramatic license

Just finished watching it, crying buckets here... bought back a lot of emotion from Jan 2005 when I lost my dad, especially after things he said when in intensive care himself.

I cried and cried.

Reminded me of my friend Rich. RIP, R.A.P. (16 November 1968- 2 July 2001).

yes, I loved the series and it was well acted and it was sad, just didn't make me cry

mind you the ds's were visiting and as noisy as they were when they were kids so perhaps if I'd watched it quietly it may have been different!

The acting was truly brilliant.

JT - I didn't cry either....
