Can't believe they've cancelled The Following

I absolutely loved that show.
I watched the Season 3 finale yesterday, came on the internet to see when Season 4 is out only to find out it's been
CANCELLED!
wtf?

Hopefully some other network will realize it's popularity and make some more episodes.
Sod the so-called ratings.
(I know lots of people that have watched and enjoyed this show).

Season one was brilliant, season two was OK, but season three was awful. It was like badly-written fan fiction. DH and I were laughing out loud at most episodes.
