In my opinion, I sort of get the respect thing but I honestly think that everyone should respect everyone until something happens otherwise.

I certainly don't walk into a room of people I don't know and not give anyone respect until they've "earned it" because if they did the same to me the world would be a very sorry place of everyone having a von on with everyone else for no bloody reason!

Jade's baby voice is even more aggravating than her normal voice.

The ageism in there is atrocious. Can you imagine if they were nominating someone because they were black? Yet BB let HMs get away with this all the time.
